Technology:

Our mouldings are made of three components:

​

    * The EPS foam core: Precision shaped with detail forms the base of our mouldings
    * Fiber-glass reinforcement mesh: Reinforces the mouldings and prevents cracking
    * ArchiMould® FLEXCOAT coating: Our own high strength polymer render formulation that provides a

     hard, durable, yet flexible surface.



Installation of ArchiMould® Prestige Mouldings is fast, easy and will save you time and labour. Mouldings can be cut using a mitre saw at the job site and glued to the wall using recommended adhesives. Temporary fasteners are used for larger, heavier mouldings to aid the adhesion period.
